Campaign Health

Claravine is committed to the quality of your data; to this end, we offer the Campaign Health dashboard. This tool provides you with performance data alongside errors found within your rows for the campaign data within your Claravine platform. Currently, Campaign Health is supported for the Meta Ads Manager connector.

Access the Campaign Health dashboard from Datasets. In the example we discuss below, the performance metrics report 16 errored rows. The campaign in question has 815.2k impressions, and if the errors affect your downstream advertising to the point that they prevent attribution, there's a risk of losing $1.4k in spend (as related to 1.7k clicks).

You can sort errored rows by their potential impact, so that you can prioritize the most affected rows. Projected impact refers to potential problems--in case the errors turn out to be ones that affect your ability to track the data.

Campaign Health data is pulled once every eight hours after the inbound connection is set up. The system displays the last 30 days of performance data. As a result, the data will not exactly match what you see in the native ads platform itself.

Enable Campaign Health

Claravine platform admins can enable Campaign Health at the template level:

  1. Navigate to Templates and click on the template of your choice.

  2. The top bar of the Campaign Health dashboard displays performance metrics for the entire dataset. In the example below, there is a total of 16 errored rows, with a total of 815K+ possibly impacted impressions, 1.7K impacted clicks, and $1.4K in potential impacted spend.

In the Campaign Health table, each errored row is displayed alongside the impressions, clicks, and spend that may be impacted by the row's errors. To prioritize your error-correction efforts, you may choose to sort the data by most impacted impressions, clicks, or spend.

In this example, we sort by Impacted Spend to use our time most effectively when we go to make corrections. We select the four most impacted rows and click Fix 4 errored rows in the top right.

  3. In the Campaign Health Errored Rows page, the rows you have selected to fix are displayed with their errors. All the errors in a row must be corrected before you can submit your corrections.

  4. Hover over an errored cell for details about the noncompliance.

  5. Once you have corrected the errors, click Submit.
