Manually Trigger Inbound Integrations

Inbound integrations automatically sync data from connected platforms into Claravine every eight hours, ensuring new and updated records are regularly brought into Pending for review and processing.

In addition to the scheduled sync, users can manually trigger an inbound data pull when more immediate updates are needed. This allows teams to retrieve the latest data from the connected platform without waiting for the next automated sync cycle.

Manually Trigger the Inbound Integration

  1. Click on the Template Dataset name

  2. In the Integrations tab, click Run Now on your inbound integration. Any new or updated Names, IDs, and metadata mapped to this template will be brought into Claravine into a Paused - With Errors or Paused - Pending Review state.

The Run Now button will be gray and unclickable if data is actively being processed.

Manual inbound pulls are available to all user levels and can be triggered up to four times per hour, in addition to the standard automated sync. This flexibility helps teams quickly access newly created or updated data while maintaining system performance and integration stability.
