Manual Inbound Integration Sync

Currently, Claravine automatically runs your integration syncs every eight hours. They are logged in the Integration Activity Log. Manual syncs give Admins more control to trigger additional runs to pull in data for inbound integrations. Run a manual sync when:

  • You're testing a new integration setup and want to verify data flow immediately
  • Campaign data needs to be pulled in urgently for a time-sensitive launch
  • You're troubleshooting data discrepancies and need to confirm the latest state from the source system

Once a sync finishes running, all your data is up to date. To avoid undue stress on your system, manual syncs are limited to four per hour.

Trigger an Integration Sync

To manually trigger a sync:

  1. Navigate to Datasets in the left navigation panel.
  2. Select a folder and click on the desired dataset.
  3. For that dataset, navigate to the Integrations tab.
All installed integrations display as tiles.
Only inbound integrations have a Run Now option.
  4. Select the desired inbound integration tile and click Run Now.
    • If a sync is already in progress, a message notifies you immediately.
    • Because manual syncs can only be run four times per hour, if that limit is exceeded, a message notifies you and you can wait and try again.
  5. You can view the sync event in the list of Pending Submissions.
A manually triggered sync will not be logged in the Integration Activity Log, which is for automated events only.
