Follow these instructions if you cannot remember your Claravine password, but have an activated Claravine account (meaning that you have logged in to Claravine at some earlier time).

(If you have never logged in to Claravine, ask your company's Claravine Admin to trigger a login email from the User menu and make sure to follow the invite within seven days, before it times out.)

To reset your password:

  1. Navigate to your organization’s home page and click Forgot your password?

     
  2. You will see an alert that your password reset email has been sent.

     
  3. Check your email inbox and follow the link provided.
     
  4. When you receive the password reset email from team@claravine.com, click Reset Your Password in the email. The link to reset your password is only valid for 24 hours.

     
  5. You will be routed to the Reset Password page. Enter your new password and confirm the new password. The password must be at least twelve (12) characters and contain letters and numbers. Symbols are also acceptable, but not required.

     
  6. Click Send.
