Organization Reports Overview

Claravine provides detailed, in-platform reporting on users and submissions allowing managers and administrators to see specific details on user submissions, submissions per template, and overall usage of Claravine. All administrators have access to the Organization Reports, Managers need to be given permission to see the Organization Reports.  Screen_Shot_2018-10-01_at_8.50.14_PM.png For administrators that need additional information about giving a manager permission to see this page, read the Users Overview document.

 

To access Organization Reports:

  1. Click Settings on the Navigation menu.

               The Organization Reports page displays.

 

 

Submitted Rows

Submitted Rows graph shows the submissions per month including the current month and previous five months. Failed and pending submissions are not included in this graph.

 

 

User Report

The User Report shows all user accounts in Claravine, including Users, Managers, and Administrators, active and inactive.

Click to select the type of user data to report:

  • All User Submissions Report - user's email address, name, submitted codes by month and year
  • All User Login Activity Report - user's name, email address, date and time of last login.

 

Use the Search field to find a user by name.

 

You can sort the report by each column, click on the column header name to sort.

 

You can view the following information on the User Report:

Column

Description

Name

Name of the user as input during the Add User process.

Email

Email address of the user as input during the Add User process.

Submitted Codes

Number of lines/codes submitted by the user (does not include failed or pending submissions).

Last Login

Date of the last login.

Last Submission

Date of the last submission.

  • Email address
  • Location
  • Created Date
  • Last Login Date
  • Submitted Codes (total)
  • Last Submitted Date
  • Submissions by Template
  • Submissions by Month

 

Usage Report

The Usage Report shows all submissions within a designated time period. Click the Start Date and End Date fields to open the calendar.

 

You can view the following information on the Usage Report:

Column

Description

Template

Name of the template.

Submission

Submission Name as entered by the user.

Submitter

Name of the submitter.

Rows

Number of rows in the data table.

Created Date

Date submission was created.

Click  to download a CSV file with template name, submission name, submitter name, number of codes, and created date.

 

 

Template Report

The Template Report shows all submissions created using a specific template. Use the Select Template drop-down menu to select the template name.

 

Click  to download a CSV file that matches the current template schema populating all fields, submission name, submitter name, and created date for every submission generated using this template.

You can view the following information on the Template Report:

Column

Description

Submission Name

Submission Name as entered by the user.

Submitted By

Name of the submitter.

Submitted

Date submission was created.

Codes Submitted

Number of lines/codes submitted by the user.

Search

Type a value/keyword to search through all fields in every submission. The search function will look through every pattern, template field, and URL link to match the value in the search field.

 

You can view the following information on the Search report:

Column

Description

Template

Name of the template.

Submission Name

Submission Name as entered by the user.

Submitted

Date submission was created.

Submitted By

Name of the submitter.

Field

Field/column in the template the searched value/keyword was found in.

Value

The full value the search value/keyword was found in.
