On the Profile Settings page, users can make updates to their profile settings including title, location, and profile image. Users can be taken to the Claravine Knowledge Base for support documentation and manually logout.

Profile Settings

1. To access your Profile Settings, click your first name initial in the upper right corner.
        Your personal Profile Settings page displays.
   
   

2. In the user's Profile, you can:

• • • • Edit your title

      • Edit your location

      • Manage your user profile image

        To change your image, click Change. This opens the file browser to select an image from your computer.
        

      • Access the Claravine Support Knowledge Base
      • Logout

8. If you make changes to your title, location, or image, click Save.
   

Support

On the Profile Settings page, click Support to be taken to Claravine’s Knowledge Base to read support articles, see step-by-step instructions, and platform release notes.

Logout

On the Profile Settings page, click Logout to logout of the Claravine platform. Claravine will automatically log you out after 60 minutes of inactivity.
