Incomplete, inaccurate data creates significant risk, but it’s often difficult to gauge adherence to your data standards. Our Data Standards Dashboard provides powerful insights into data standard efforts, with details about errors, submission activity, and data volume across templates, teams, and data sources and destinations. Use the dashboard's metrics to identify and address gaps, maintain data consistency, make smarter decisions, and amplify the impact of your content and marketing strategies.
Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is visible to Admins (and Managers by request). It's at the top of the left navigation panel in your account.
Dashboard Components
The Dashboard includes the following components:
- Overall Data Standards Score
- Template Compliance Snapshot
- User Engagement with Submissions
- User Submissions
- All Rows Synced with Integrations
- Available Integrations
Overall Data Standards Score
This section provides a summary of overall adherence to your Data Standards across all datasets in your account.
All Template Compliance Snapshot
This view shows the current status of each template — including the last submission date, total rows submitted, and your data standards score. Row counts reflect the full dataset tied to that template, which may include data older than 6 months. The compliance score is based on current errors surfaced through the UI over the past 6 months.
User Engagement with Submissions
This chart shows patterns of user activity over time — who’s actively submitting data versus who isn’t. The timeframe represents user interactions with the submission UI in the past 6 months, not necessarily the age of the data itself.
User Submissions
This chart tracks how many rows have been submitted — complete vs errored — across all users over the past 6 months. These counts show when rows were processed or flagged in the UI, not when the data was originally created. Some rows may originate from older templates or datasets. Note: these are calculated exclusively from submissions generated by users in the platform and not any submissions generated automatically through connectors.
All Rows Synced with Integrations
This diagram shows all rows that have been processed and sent to connected platforms. Each number reflects a processed row that was included in a sync — even if the same row was edited or reused across templates. Rows are not deduplicated across integrations; instead, each sync reflects a separate push of data.
Note: The Integrations component will not display if no integration data is available
More Available Integrations
This section offers a list of connectors we offer that are not yet enabled for any templates in your account.
