Automatically Submit Data

You can automatically submit inbound data for a dataset, so that Claravine instantly funnels data that meets your precise data standards into downstream systems without requiring manual review. The automated routing of inbound data accelerates valid data's journey into your datasets and downstream exports, reducing bottlenecks.

Understand Automatic Submissions

For the datasets you select, when data is imported into Claravine, we route all error-free rows into the dataset and export automatically through outbound connectors without requiring manual user interaction. Successfully submitted, error-free data is available for review in dedicated, successful submissions. Any errored data continues to route to a Pending submission, where users can take action to resolve errors without having to search through error-free data to find what needs attention.

Enable Automatic Submissions

Admin users can enable this feature for a template during the Template Configuration process. In the template Settings, select the option to Automatically Submit Inbound Data.

Review Automatically Submitted Data

When imported into The Data Standards Cloud via an inbound connector, data is generally routed to a Pending submission. When a template has this feature enabled, data will route to two submissions each time an inbound sync occurs.

Error-Free Data

A successful submission (with “AUTOSUBMIT” included in the submission title) is created, containing all error-free rows of data. These rows of data are automatically added to the dataset and exported outbound.

Errored Data

A pending submission is created, containing a rollup of all errored rows of data from all syncs that have been completed for the template.
