Asset Preview

Use Asset Preview for a quick visual check to understand an asset in a row of data? This preview functionality immediately displays the asset within your workflow alongside its creative URL field and associated metadata. Asset preview provides:

• a quick visual check of the asset associated within the rows of data you’re working with.
• Content Comprehension or Content Similarity Detection, or leverage it for more basic asset visualization needs.

Uses for Asset Preview

• Visually confirm you’re seeing the asset you expected.
• Manually compare assets to assess similarity without additional steps or switching between platforms.

Enable Asset Preview in a Template

You can enable Asset Preview for any text fields in a template.

When configuring a template, in the Define and Govern step, select the Enable Asset Preview option for each field you wish to preview in the dataset.

Preview Assets

Once Asset Preview is enabled, to preview creatives in a dataset or pending submission, hover over the creative asset field. It may take a moment for asset preview to load when data is first processed.

Note: Asset Preview is not currently available in Edit View in pending submissions, but will be supported in the future.
