Read this article to understand the Claravine home page. The home page offers quick-access menus to your most common tasks: create a submission based on a recently used or favorite template, view recent submissions, and view user reports. On the top right it displays the number of users, the number of rows submitted, and the total number of submissions in your group.

Access the Home Page

The home page is the first page displayed when you log in to Claravine. Once logged in, you can click the Home icon in the navigation bar at any time to return to this page.

Navigation

The Claravine platform has a navigation bar on the left; it can be expanded for detail or collapsed to maximize workspace. Some pages display topical menu tabs along the top.

Recently Used Templates

You can view recently used templates in this section. This quick-access box displays a dynamic list of the last five templates you used.

Favorite Templates

You can tag specific templates you access frequently. The Favorite Templates section is where you can quickly access all the templates you marked as a favorite. To favorite a template, go to the Submissions menu, and in the Templates section, click the star for the template.

Recent Submissions

You can view the last six submissions generated by you and members of your Group.

You can view the following information in the home page Recent Submissions section:

Column Description

Template

The name of the template used in the submission.

Name

Indicates the submission name as entered in the submission.

Number of Codes

Indicates the number of lines in the submission.

Date

The date and time the submission was last submitted (including resubmission).

Status

The status of the submission:

  • Complete: The data was received and processed.
  • Pending: The submission is still being sent, it is in progress.
  • Failed: The submission failed. Contact your Administrator.
