Clearing Your Cache for the Claravine Platform

Occasionally, we make updates to the Claravine product that require clearing your browser cache specifically for our platform and a hard browser refresh.

Clearing your cache for your platform instance can be done without impacting your other browser data by following the instructions below. 

Navigate to login to your Claravine account.

To clear your cache follow the browser-specific instructions below. 

To refresh your browser after clearing your cache:

  • PC users, press Ctrl+F5
  • Mac users, press Cmd+Shift+R

Google Chrome:

  1. Click on the icon to the left of the website in the address bar.
  2. Click on Site settings
  3. Within the new browser tab, click on Delete data
  4. Wait a few seconds
  5. Refresh your browser

Mac Safari:

  1. Choose Safari in the upper menu bar
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Privacy
  4. Click Manage Website Data and select
  5. Click Remove All
  6. Refresh your browser

Windows Internet Explorer:

  1. Launch Developer Tools ( or press F12)
  2. Go to the Network tab.
  3. Click the Clear browser cache button, or press Ctrl + R
  4. Refresh your browser

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Choose Firefox in the upper menu bar
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click “Privacy & Security”
  4. In the “Cookies and Site Data” section, click “Manage Data”
  5. Click
  6. Click “Remove Selected” and “Save Changes”
  7. Click “Yes” to clear the cached data for the site
  8. Refresh your browser
